I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff made us feel valued and safe throughout our stay. Although the beach was lovely, the dining experience stood out with its great variety, though I would have appreciated even more vegetarian options. The rooms were clean and cozy, making it a perfect family-friendly getaway, but the nightly entertainment could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and the overall atmosphere welcoming. The pools were enjoyable and the beach bar was a nice touch. On the other hand, the dining experience left much to be desired, with long queues and some rude guests. Also, the rooms showed signs of wear and tear. Overall, for the price I paid, it was still a decent deal, but there were noticeable areas for improvement.
The hotel has some commendable aspects, mainly the staff who provide attentive service, and the pools and gardens are beautifully maintained. However, there are significant downsides such as the cleanliness issues and some food quality that left much to be desired, making it feel less than perfect overall.
